I’m testing this as a potential series. It was inspired, as so many of my photoblogging ideas have been inspired, by That Montreal Girl, (@ThatMTLGirl), who I noticed sharing textures on Twitter a  while ago. I recently picked up a new phone. The camera quality is perfect for these shots, and textures are literally everywhere. I went crazy with the texture photos a couple of weeks ago, so I do them once a week, I already have a years’s worth.
I’ll eventually move this to Just Gene’O, and I might turn them into “Tuesday Textures,” but for now, I’m testing them here. What do you think? Is this series worth the 10 minutes required to crop and load a photo?
