I’ve always liked Mark, Dire Straits, and this song. That’s one fine guitar he has there.

I’m posting the first installment of a series on how to grow your Twitter account tomorrow, because it’s the best thing I have, this blog needs writing, and I f*cking love Twitter.

Realistically, it’s going to take us a week or more to build our written content back to where it needs to be for everyday essay-type blogging. We are honestly depleted at the moment, and content depletion is pure hell for people who blog the way we do. It keeps us awake at night. That doesn’t mean we won’t be posting, though. I have plenty of fine original photos, good taste in music, and lots of friends who produce reblog-worthy articles often.

As always, I’m willing to promote a Feminist Friday post and try to generate discussion if anyone wants to write one. If not, I’ll come up with something by Friday morning.

Smile, peeps. Enjoy life, and take care of yourselves.

Happy Monday

Pansies, taken in early afternoon on a sunny day. If you compare it to the orange rose I posted Saturday, you can see the difference in midday and evening sunlight. The color here is more saturated, but the contrast is much greater, which means the camera captures less detail and the image has less texture.

We’re still in light blogging mode for the next couple of days, but we hope to be back to writing by Wednesday at the latest, and I have no shortage of photos.
